Jonathan is Global Sales Manager at CIM med. Our global customers can rely on Jonathans flexibility, leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of the healthcare market. He and his team are always happy to help, give honest advice, walk customers through projects and negotiate global contracts with our partners. Jonathan is never satisfied with what he has achieved; he is always striving to do better for his customers and for our customers’ patients. Beside work Jonathans passion is cricket, which is not surprising for an Englishman. He is actually captain of Munich Cricket Club! If he finds the time, he loves to play the drums or play his guitar. Whenever there is an opportunity, Lucas Dauphinais from our US-team and he join together for a music night.

Gregor has joined our team the second year after CIM med was founded. Not only does he have an excellent product knowledge, Gregor is well-qualified with an exacting eye, quick mind and steady hand. Precision, safety and quality are second nature to Gregor which make him a valued member of our international installation team. When not at work, Gregor spends time with his wife and two sons.

Manuela is Key Account Manager at CIM med serving our partners in German-speaking countries as well as the Benelux, Spain, and Portugal. She is a driven and strong spirit always having the customers’ well-being in mind. With her roots in Bavaria and her international sales experience, Manuela is ready for the global challenge.

We are proud of Mark Steidler who has successfully completed his vocational training at CIM med. Mark joined our engineering team as product designer right after his training. With an eye for aesthetics and a profound technical knowledge he is a valued member of the team. Mark is a creative spirit who loves art and music. His artistic passion is definitely reflected in our products.

Melanie Holzmann is accountant at CIM med. Melanie is dutiful, highly accurate and reliable. Her strict and professional attitude at work is replaced by a sparkling and joyful character, outside. Melanie loves dancing and being on stage on artistic events with her dancing groups.

Jonty is Key Account Manager at CIM med. He is passionate about providing the best customer service by working closely with his customers to fully understand their needs. He has a keen eye for detail and enjoys the problem-solving element of his job, providing the best solution possible. Being from Australia, he loves exploring Europe with his family.

Florian Schuler ist technischer Vertriebsinnendienst bei der CIM med und zudem einer unserer Rettungssanitäter. Dem nicht genug, ist Florian aktives Mitglied der Wasserwacht und der Produktspezialist für Standard- und kundenspezifischen Sonderlösungen.

Silvia und ihr Team kümmern sich um die Aufträge unserer Kunden, koordinieren Liefertermine und sorgen dafür, dass die Ware sicher und termingerecht bei unseren Partnern auf der ganzen Welt ankommt. Ihre organisatorischen Fähigkeiten stellt sie nicht nur im Job unter Beweis, sondern auch wenn es darum geht, die Balance zwischen Arbeits- und Familienleben zu finden. Sie hat Freude und Enthusiasmus in ihrer Arbeit und ist immer für einen Lacher bei einer Tasse Kaffee am Morgen gut.

Andreas Dietrich ist Konstruktionsleiter bei der CIM med. Ein kritischer Blick und das Gespür für jedes Detail zeichnen ihn aus. Seine Leidenschaft für Reisen und die Freude, die Welt zu erkunden machen Andreas wahrlich zu einem internationalen Zeitgenossen. Zusammen mit seinem Team überdenkt und überprüft Andreas unsere Produkte jeden Tag aufs Neue und geht dabei keine Kompromisse ein, wenn es um Infektionsprävention und die Sicherheit unsere Medizinprodukte geht.

Born in Paris, Maxime decided to leave his home country France after university to discover new cultures. After having lived in Germany for six years, he considers himself Franco-German. As Key Account Manager at CIM med, he enjoys taking care of our French-speaking customers. Maxime is always open to having a chat about German cars.

Stefan Vogel is mechanical engineer at CIM med. With enthusiasm and commitment he has been contributing to improving and challenging our products every day. Discipline, concentration and calmness are Stefans greatest strengths. Wushu, a traditional Chinese martial arts, may contribute to his relaxed and sunny tempered nature.

Daniel is responsible for planning production and assembly. He takes care of scheduling production lines, making sure that shipments leave our works in time. Thinking ahead and planning in detail are his greatest strengths, making even tightest lead times possible. Customers all over the world can rely on Daniel. A busy person and on the fast lane at work, but when he has time off, Daniel loves fishing and having a nice barbecue with family and friends.
